To top up Tootle Driver Balance, its easy! Once you register on Tootle Driver by Zapp, you can now top up balance to start accepting rides. The minimum balance to accept rides for bike riders is Rs. 100, and Rs. 250 for cab riders. You have to maintain your balance all the time to be able to accept rides.
Incase the ride is cash: the Tootle system will deduct the commission amount from your balance. For example, if the ride is Rs. 100 and commission is set at 10%, the system will deduct Rs. 10 from your Tootle balance.
Incase the ride is from customer’s balance: the Tootle system will add your commission to your Tootle balance. Then you can request for cash out from the Tootle app. For example, if the ride is Rs. 100 and the commission is set at 20%, the system will top up your Tootle balance of Rs. 80.
How to top up Tootle Driver Balance?
Step 1: Open Tootle Driver by Zapp app on your phone and go to the balance section as show in the image below.
Step 2: In the balance section, click on the Load Balance option as shown in the option below.
Step 3: Select the Khalti option from the given options for top up. You will be taken to the Khalti App from here.
Step 4: In the Khalti app, please select the DRIVER option.
Step 5: Input the phone number that is registered in your Tootle Driver app. Please check the phone number carefully before proceeding.
Step 6: Put the amount of balance that is needed, for example, if you are a bike rider, you need to have a minimum balance of Rs. 100 and if you are a cab rider, then your minimum balance needs to be Rs. 250.
Step 7: Please confirm the amount and click on ‘OK’.
Step 8: Now you can go back to your Tootle Driver by Zapp app to check the amount in your balance.
